     1/12/2013 – now, Oracle Right Now, System Admin,  My role with Oracle has mostly been concerned with system administration within Oracle Rightnow's Global Nerve Centre in Reading, as part of an international team, that delivers cloud based services around the clock.In this role I regularly have contact to both customers and colleagues of varying technical competence from departments across the globe, and have to be able to respond in a calm and professional manner at all times.

Fortel (now Sightline Systems) produces system and network load monitoring tools for UNIX, VMS and NT. As a member of the Oracle team I designed and programmed large parts of the Oracle tools, using C, PL/SQL and OCI.
